Ana Maria Maia Gonçalves
• Jurist, trainer and Mediator certified by the IMI and the ADR Group present in several InternationalMediators Panels, Ana is a consultant together with the European Academy of Law. After 15 years as an international executive; Ana is chairman of ICFML, the only institution authorized to certify international mediators in Portuguese.

• Ana speaks Portuguese, French and English and works with a wide range of international clients, especially in cross-border disputes. After having lived and practiced commercial mediation in France, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United States, Ana currently resides in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.

Flávio de Freitas Gouvêa Neto

Gary Birnberg
• Mediator, arbitrator and professor of resolving commercial disputes.Graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a doctorate in law from Boston University, and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

• Affiliated with dispute resolution institutions in Brazil, France, and the US and has deep experience in managing complex international conflicts.
 
Gustavo Carneiro
Lawyer with experience in Public Law, mainly Constitutional and Educational Law. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance, where he did research on educational policies.

He has worked as Project Cordinator at the Mediation Iniciative at FGV Projetos and as a clerk at the Ministry of Justice and the High Court of Justice, both in Brasília. He has developed educational projects in Berlin and Rio de Janeiro..
 
João Afonso de Assis

• Mediator with predominant practice in Mediation processes resulting from conflicts related to Infrastructure Contracts, especially in the areas of Energy, Project Financing, Corporate Agreements, Acquisitions and Mergers, Real Estate Operations and Product Distribution.

Julia Mota

Lawyer with over 20 years of experience assisting foreign companies to establish and do business in Brazil, with emphasis on the oil and gas sector. Extensive experience in negotiation and business law in general: corporate, contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, bids, international trade, technology transfer, labor and tax. Intensely active in the oil and gas industry in the development of projects throughout the industry chain - upstream, midstream and downstream, for E&P operators and suppliers of equipment and services, and also regulatory issues in general, including local content.

• Served as Trade Commissioner / Oil & Gas at the Canadian Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro for 6 years.

Pedro Ribeiro de Oliveira
